2. How can I track my order?
Once the order is shipped customer will receive and E-mail and SMS on there registered number and E-mail id with courier company name and tracking id or customer can simply call or send an email to us and we will inform on the order status.
3. What is an estimate delivery time?
It takes about 4-5 working days to deliver the order to your doorstep. In some cases it may take little longer due to non-avaibility of the product, geographical location of the order, loss of shipment by courier partner any other unforeseen circumstances. In any such cases customer will be informed.
4. Missed the delivery of the product?
If you have missed the delivery of your order don’t worry we will get in touch with you and reschedule the delivery again. Our courier partner will attempt 3 deliveries failing to which the order will be canceled automatically and customer will have to place a new order.

6. Can I accept delivery on all day?
You can expect delivery of your order on Monday-Friday, excluding national and state holidays. Returns/Cancellation.
7. How do I cancel my order?

8. How do I return my order?
You can return only damaged/defective orders to return or replace the item please send and E-mail at email@example.com.
9. Can I replace my product with different size?

10. How long it takes for refunds?
Once we receive an return it will take 5-6 working days to initiate a refund of an return item.
11.. I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, banks normally roll it back within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please send us an Email with your Order ID to enable us to check in our system if your order is placed and transactions is completed.
